As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of our most seasoned and passionate leaders in the industry.

Position Overview

This program spans 6 to 9 months and is designed to fast-track your career with a well-defined pathway. You will engage in both practical and theoretical training, receive personalized mentorship, and have opportunities for networking and travel.

Upon successful completion of the training, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager at any CSL Plasma center within designated states, with relocation assistance provided. Expect overnight travel up to 25% of your time.

Your direct supervisor will be the Center Manager.

Program Structure:

1. Production Training (6 weeks):

Gain insights into various staff roles, including Medical Reception Technician, Donor Support Technician, Phlebotomy, and Plasma Processing Technician.

2. Leadership Training (5 weeks):

Participate in overnight travel to our leadership training facilities for a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training.

3. Leadership Development (12 weeks):

Engage in weekly mentoring sessions with your assigned Sponsor and complete a series of leadership development courses. Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Overseeing production and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring the center meets inspection readiness standards.
  • Participating in recruitment and performance management.
  • Managing center financial responsibilities.

Upon completing the program phases, you will be eligible for promotion. Expect to travel overnight to support other centers until your promotion is secured, with the aim of achieving this within 60 days post-program.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant professional experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
