As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide basic, bedside care to patients in the emergency department
- Display professionalism while completing multiple urgent tasks in a timely manner
- Perform triage, collect current symptoms, and record patients' current vital signs and detailed patient history
- Work directly under physician's direction and/or policies/procedures
- Prepare and administer prescribed medications and record patient information
- Provide patient and family education and manage basic life support needs
- Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner
- Maintain proper supply levels and appropriate medical equipment
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- RN in Minnesota
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
- TNCC certification within 24 months of hire
- ENPC certification within 24 months of hire
- Two years of emergency nursing experience
- Knowledge of nursing principles, policies, procedures, and hospital ethics
$46.09 per hour
