Job Title: Director of Marketing and Leasing

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing and Leasing to oversee the daily operations of our Leasing Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affordable housing and experience in marketing and leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct a team of leasing staff members to ensure efficient and effective leasing operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to reduce vacancies and increase rental income.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform leasing and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including LIHTC and HUD guidelines.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in affordable housing, with a focus on marketing and leasing.
  • Strong marketing and leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Yardi software and TRACS monthly voucher processing.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range: $115K - $120K plus benefits.
