About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Full Time Days position at Carondelet Holy Cross Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Coordinates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develops and implements individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Monitors and records patient condition, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Participates in discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
