If so, we'd love to hear from you As a Technical Support Associate at Wire3, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and support.

In this role, you'll be responsible for answering customer phone calls, chats, and texts regarding issues with their service or accounts, or general questions about their internet plan. You'll use advanced diagnostic tools to address technical inquiries and walk customers through solutions they can implement together. You'll also be trained to assist customers in navigating our ordering system and answer any questions they may have regarding service plans, scheduling, location availability, billing, etc.

To be successful in this position, you'll need at least two years of technology-focused customer service experience, understanding of Wi-Fi RF and signal propagation, and IP networking fundamentals like DHCP, NAT, and ARP. You should be able to multitask effectively, assist multiple customers professionally, and in a timely manner. Experience with customer service/help desk software is a plus, as well as proficiency in using computers (Mac and PC) to complete tasks and assist customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including fully paid health insurance coverage, three weeks of paid time off, five days of sick leave, six major holidays off, and a 401k company match.
