Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Fleet Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in top working condition.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on our fleet of vehicles
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on our vehicles as needed
- Inspect and diagnose issues with our vehicles
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance or a related field
- A valid CDL A license
- Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
- A strong understanding of maintenance procedures and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $34.00 per hour, based on industry standards and market conditions. This is a competitive salary that reflects the value we place on our employees.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. We offer a stable and predictable work schedule that allows you to plan your life with confidence.
