Job Title: Sales Associate

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to start a career in sales? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Tremco Construction Products Group, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, managing existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone looking to transition into a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new accounts and build relationships with potential customers
  • Manage existing relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Learn and deliver product features and benefits to prospective customers
  • Provide demonstrations of our products and offer technical support
  • Visit job sites to support installations and build knowledge
  • Manage select dealer and end user relationships
  • Hold distributor demonstration events
  • Manage activities through salesforce.com
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (AAS) or Trade School Certification preferred
  • Recent college graduates and/or up to 1-2 years in sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, SF.Com, and internal business systems)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and great organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary with bonus potential

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 with additional bonus potential of approximately $15,000. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
