Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Process Development Engineer to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department. This role involves working on gallium nitride-based devices and focal plane array fabrication, requiring expertise in microelectronics processing techniques.

  • Develop and implement advanced semiconductor processing techniques in a cleanroom environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new processes and products.
  • Lead process development efforts and continuous improvement activities to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage projects and processes within the department to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing.
  • Proven expertise in semiconductor processing techniques such as lithography, etching, and inspection.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in a STEM field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing methods and data analysis software.
  • Strong background in semiconductor device physics and performance analysis.
  • Ability to lead technical projects and teams effectively.
