Reporting Structure: Reports to the Vice President of Risk Management

Key Responsibilities: The following duties outline the responsibilities of the Risk Assessment Specialist and may be adjusted as organizational needs evolve.
- Gather and evaluate renewal and claims information to facilitate insurance placements.
- Coordinate with brokerage teams as required.
- Conduct data analysis and risk assessments.
- Examine quotes, binders, endorsements, policies, and audits for precision.
- Oversee the invoice payment process for all placements, fees, and claims billings.
- Ensure timely issuance of insurance certificates.
- Keep updated Statements of Values, Auto Schedules, and other underwriting information throughout the year.
- Review insurance clauses in vendor agreements.
- Assist in the implementation and management of Risk Control Programs.
- Administer Surety Bonds, including placements and releases.
- Occasional travel may be necessary as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in risk analysis or management.
- Preferred: Georgia Property and Casualty license.
- Preferred: Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective data collection and results delivery across the organization.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive mindset focused on efficiency and process improvement as responsibilities and company needs grow.
