  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology.
  • Experience in managing large projects, including setting deadlines, identifying interdependencies, communicating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and setting expectations.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and inquiries.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as necessary.
