Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting client needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Ascena's service standards.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals while contributing to the store's overall goals.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, complete opening and closing procedures, and adhere to Loss Prevention practices.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in using Ascena's computer systems, including Distributed Order Maintenance (DOM's) and StyleFinder, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Product/Brand Management: Understand and articulate Ascena's brand positioning, including current marketing and promotional initiatives, and live the company's purpose, values, and behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using Ascena's computer systems
