• Optical Duties:">

  • Work directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs">
  • Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy">
  • Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements">
  • Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers">

• Leadership Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Set up the store for success by executing operational procedures">
  • Drive sales by providing excellent service on the floor">
  • Lead and mentor the Optical team, including participants of our Optician Apprentice Program">
  • Maintain general store systems, inventory databases, and business operations">
  • Foster a positive employee culture in the store">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ">
• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with 2+ years of experience">
• Prioritizes passion for the eyewear and retail industries">
• Effective communicator who can break down technical terms for customers">
• Dedicated to making customers and teammates happy">
• Positive team player who adapts in a fast-paced work environment">
• Not listed on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities">

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $22.25-$28 USD per hour. Additionally, this position is eligible for a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package.
