BGSF is partnering with a prominent family office in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area to fill a Senior FP&A Analyst position. This role will focus on strategic financial planning and decision support by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management. This individual will be considered a key asset to the future growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA preferred
- CFA or CPA a plus
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
