Job Overview

We are seeking experienced construction and industrial equipment technicians to join our team at Best Line Equipment. As a leading provider of heavy equipment, construction materials, and related services, we offer a unique opportunity to work with top brands like Bobcat, JLG, Develon, and Stihl.

Our shop technicians play a vital role in the dealer/customer relationship, ranging from equipment prep/set-up to advanced diagnostic and repair. Our mobile service technicians provide on-site service to Lycoming and surrounding counties, equipped with cell phones, laptops, vehicles, fuel, and other necessary items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment.
  • Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
  • Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.

Requirements:

  • Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
  • Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
  • Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals, and warranty claims is an advantage.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
