Dishwasher Job Description

At Duffy's Sports Grill, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of our dishes, utensils, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Sweep or mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Clean garbage cans with water and soap.
  • Store supplies and stock them in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators.
  • Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
  • Clean the dish machine at the end of the night.
  • Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.

Physical Demands:
