Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous or current inbound or outbound call center experience, with one to three years of sales, collections, retention, and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Availability: Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Skills: Strong listening skills, ability to understand and influence, solid computer skills, and experience effectively managing a CRM.
  • Education: General knowledge of financial service products, such as credit cards, personal loans, and student loans.
