Senior Manager of Supply Chain Optimization

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planner and Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team at Gymreapers. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels, fulfilling customer demand, and driving growth across Amazon, business-to-business, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for all product lines using historical data, market trends, and sales insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to incorporate promotional plans and new product launches into demand forecasts.
- Integrate e-commerce forecasting with overall business strategy to ensure a unified demand approach.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon and DTC channels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement inventory optimization strategies to balance customer service levels and inventory costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, business administration, operations management, or data science related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in demand planning and inventory management, preferably within the designer and luxury goods industry.
- Apics Certifications or Lean Certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in demand forecasting tools, inventory management software, and ERP systems.
