We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Bronson Healthcare. As a Clinical Dietitian-Outpatient Diabetes Education and Nutrition Services, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Assess nutrition needs and develop personalized care plans for patients with diabetes and other nutritional disorders.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition management, and disease prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a related field (if becoming a Registered Dietitian in or after 2024).
- Completion of an ACEND-accredited supervised practice program.
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
