Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
- Verify medications and medical information to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Process and manage medical billing and insurance claims
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and tests
