Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician Opportunity

Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Everett, WA. As a member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be part of a vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Our practice is growing, and we're adding a full-time Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine physician to join our team in Everett, Washington. Our multi-specialty group is made up of over 600 high-quality providers in primary care and specialty medicine. Our providers focus on Pulmonary and Sleep patients and are not responsible for critical care coverage in the hospital.

Practice Highlights:

  • Option for a 4-day workweek
  • $40,000 starting bonus + relocation assistance
  • No critical care coverage
  • 18-20 patients per day

Required Qualifications:

  • Board certified in Pulmonology at the time of employment
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
  • Board eligible in Sleep Medicine at the time of employment
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR

Washington residents only: The salary range for Washington residents is $317,883 to $505,629 per year. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
