Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill this role, which will involve providing direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing skills and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
  • Participate in rounds with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress and develop care plans

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
