    • Provide leadership and guidance to rehabilitation services staff
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for rehabilitation services
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance
  • Clinical Leadership
    • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to rehabilitation services staff
    • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
    • Collaborate with other clinical leaders to develop and implement hospital-wide clinical initiatives
  • Performance Improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of rehabilitation services
    • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans and improving financial performance
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
