Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including checking members into the system, answering phone calls, and responding to member inquiries.
  • Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Closing shift for that business day and creating a bank deposit for next day.

Requirements:
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Punctuality and reliability are musts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
