About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and customer areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of customer and employee areas.
  • Unload incoming deliveries and replenish necessary stock to maintain a well-stocked restaurant.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Lead by example and ensure that maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
