Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare in Sioux Falls, SD.

Job Summary:

The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities and assisted living settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of nurse aides and medication aides to ensure patient care plans are followed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and notify facility supervisors of any changes or concerns.
  • Perform other nursing responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in South Dakota or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
  • Maintains required certification(s)
