Job Summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in the Outpatient Oncology department. As a Per Diem, Hybrid Oncology Outpatient Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive direct patient care to leukemia, lymphoma, and other cancer patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with management of adult patients receiving care in our outpatient cancer centers receiving oral and infusion oncolytics.
  • Provide patient education, therapeutic drug monitoring, and review of chemotherapy orders.
  • Supervise sterile compounding activities and provision of drug information and optimizing drug therapy.
  • Review research protocols and oversight of research medications.
Requirements
  • Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy in the USA.
  • Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California.
  • BLS certification as outlined in the Pharmacist Responsibilities in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) and Code Blue Procedure.
