Job Title: Senior Hardware Electronics Design Engineer

At Telos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Electronics Design Engineer to join our R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electronic systems from feasibility through to production, from board to system level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in the design of DC motor control circuits, PID control loops, and analysis of motor and motor driver performance. You will also have experience with board level printed circuit board design, including schematic design, PCB layout in both analog/mixed signal/power electronic and digital domains.

As a Senior Hardware Electronics Design Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement a product manufacturing and test plan that ensures hardware electronics quality and reliability. You will also be responsible for coordinating EMI/EMC testing of product hardware and identifying design improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as IEC60601-1, IEC60601-1-2, CISPR22, ISO for safety and EMC compliance in a regulated environment (UL, TUV, FDA).

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $159,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, a parental leave program, and emotional health resources.
