Music Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified Music Educator to join our team at Eastern Upper Peninsula AppliTrack Consortium. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Elementary Music to students in grades K-5.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Use technology to support and differentiate instruction, ensuring students receive the best possible education.
• Establish a positive classroom environment that fosters relationships and promotes academic success.
• Monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Music Education.
• Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate.
• Valid state licensing to meet Highly Qualified requirements.
• Previous classroom teaching experience in a comparable district is preferred.
