We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Southeast Healthcare.

As a Mental Health Therapist with Southeast Healthcare, you will play a vital role in promoting recovery and providing optimal care to our clients. You will conduct assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, and coordinate with professionals from other systems to deliver holistic care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional healing and growth
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in mental health counseling principles and practices. A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required, with licensure as an LPC/LSW preferred. Experience working with children and adolescents is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
