Job Title: Driver/Counselor Assistant

Hope House, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and responsible Driver/Counselor Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in transporting clients to and from appointments, meetings, and recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport clients safely and efficiently to and from appointments, meetings, and recreational activities.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
  • Assist with daily activities and maintain program structure.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure the needs of clients are met.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Experience in human services, particularly in substance use disorder, is preferred.
  • Must have a clean, valid New York State Driver's License and ability to meet insurance requirements.
