About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat in Petham, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness within all accommodation.
  • Change over bed linen and re-stock lodges with essentials as required.
  • Assist with deep cleans on accommodation as necessary.
  • Keep accurate inventories of cleaning materials and products.
  • Assist with delivery, collection, and making up of laundry boxes.
  • Promptly report lost and found property to the reception.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage for easy travel to and from the retreat.
