This role is part of our Specialized Supports program, focusing on community exploration and experiential learning. You will be responsible for direct care and support of program participants.

Responsibilities
  • Taught social and communication skills to program participants
  • Worked with individuals on various skill building groups and activities
  • Developed strategies to promote skill acquisition and independence
Qualifications
  • No experience necessary; we provide training
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift and support individuals as needed with assistance from colleagues
  • Maintained valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Met Massachusetts CORI background check requirement
