Conviva Care Solutions, LLC is seeking a PRN Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care on an as-needed basis
- Work collaboratively with an experienced team of healthcare professionals
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Participate in daily huddles to discuss patient care and share medical expertise
- Focus on direct patient care, with opportunities for professional growth and development
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Board certification or board eligibility in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Minimum of two to five years of directly applicable experience
- Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels and understanding of best practices in coordinated care environments
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
