Your RoleAs a Primary Care Physician at H-E-B Wellness Primary Care, you will be part of an integrated health team providing primary care, health coaching, physical medicine, care navigation, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure continuity of care
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care management plans
- Focusing on building strong, trusting relationships with your patients
- Contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Eligibility in your primary specialty
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license
- Current, unrestricted DEA registration
