Operations Supervisor Leader

This Operations Supervisor Leader position is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production process. Key responsibilities include supervising production team leaders, developing and implementing production schedules, managing inventory levels, and working closely with maintenance and quality teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
