About the Role

Transcorp Services LLC is seeking a skilled Fulfillment Associate to join our Operations team. As a key player in our success, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and inspect incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and compliance
  • Put away products to inventory locations
  • Pick, pack, and stage incoming orders
  • Collect and handoff orders to delivery modalities
  • Validate accuracy of locations through cycle counting
  • Minimize waste and spoilage through strict compliance with 'First In, First Out' practices
  • Retrieve any quarantine product from shelves: expiring, recall
  • Organize non-sold product; i.e., re-shelving returns
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning, special tasks/projects/assignments, etc...)
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and follow safety, quality, and procedural standards
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience working in fulfillment or retail environment (preferred)
  • Ability to do the following:
    • Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift/bend, twist, squat, kneel, turn, reach
    • Remain standing or walking for the duration of the shift excluding meal periods and breaks as applicable
    • Ability to walk up and down stairs and ladders
    • Push and or pull carts and other equipment
  • Operate material handling equipment with associated training (e.g. pallet jack)
  • Flexible schedule, availability to work holidays, evenings, and/or weekends
