About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop training content.
- Design and develop interactive learning solutions, including eLearning, ILTs, job aids, micro-learning, workshops, simulations, and role-plays.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, reporting, and analytics.
- Conduct course evaluations and analyze results to inform future learning initiatives.

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate instructional design, with a focus on eLearning and LMS management.
- Proven experience in developing interactive learning solutions, including video, graphics, and gamification.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
