About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop training content.
  • Design and develop interactive learning solutions, including eLearning, ILTs, job aids, micro-learning, workshops, simulations, and role-plays.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Conduct course evaluations and analyze results to inform future learning initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR team to design engaging onboarding tools and playbooks to support organizational growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate instructional design, with a focus on eLearning and LMS management.
  • Proven experience in developing interactive learning solutions, including video, graphics, and gamification.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
