About the Role

At Applied Engineering Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Inspection Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, setup, operating, and troubleshooting product and component systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect equipment before shipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Install and calibrate equipment and instruments to ensure optimal performance
  • Establish, follow, and document test procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Minimum 1-year relevant professional experience. Co-ops and internships can be considered professional experience for this role
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferred
  • Agricultural, construction, automotive, or similar background is a plus
