Office Assistant

We're a leading dock construction company, Fox Docks, seeking an experienced office assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you'll interact with customers, prepare correspondence, and maintain our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers in person and via correspondence
  • Prepare correspondence, invoices, and other business documents
  • Maintain our company's online presence and reputation
  • Place orders for materials and supplies
  • Interact with crew workers and manage payroll responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Strong customer service experience in a professional environment
  • Ability to create engaging content and maintain a positive online presence
