We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Spring Grove Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of individual therapy programs, collaborate with occupational therapists to ensure optimal patient care, and conduct therapy sessions with patients using specialized techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual therapy programs
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to ensure optimal patient care
  • Conduct therapy sessions with patients using specialized techniques
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Complete 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or provide proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
  • Perform required background checks, including criminal and sex offender searches
Requirements:
  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Experience in rehabilitation therapy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
