Relient Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This full-time position offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

  • Requirements:
    • State licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
    • Professional or Student Occupational Therapist experience

Responsibilities:

  • Screening patients and developing initial and interim treatment plans
  • Performing evaluations and documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistant(s) and developing new programs/techniques
  • Conducting patient and family education and delivering quality occupational therapy services

Qualifications:

  • Pass the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
  • Graduate degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant from a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
  • State licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist
  • CPR and BLS Certification
