LVN Charge Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well-being is maintained by patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
  • Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License.
