Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians and cashiers
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance pharmacy efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead and develop pharmacy team members, including training, coaching, and performance management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred
  • 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours
