Key Responsibilities
  • Issue company vehicles to operators and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
  • Enter data into our fleet management system to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage electronic and physical file systems for fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to expedite and maintain vehicles and vehicle information, repairs, and work orders, and support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
  • Perform daily tasks and responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Current and valid driver's license with 5 years of driving experience.
  • Minimum education level of High School Diploma or higher.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to listen to and understand driver's maintenance concerns.
  • Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to read operating manuals and instructions.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to file alphabetically and numerically.

Working Conditions

The Fleet Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
