Key Responsibilities- Issue company vehicles to operators and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.
- Enter data into our fleet management system to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Manage electronic and physical file systems for fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide assistance to expedite and maintain vehicles and vehicle information, repairs, and work orders, and support fleet services staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
- Perform daily tasks and responsibilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Current and valid driver's license with 5 years of driving experience.
- Minimum education level of High School Diploma or higher.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to listen to and understand driver's maintenance concerns.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to read operating manuals and instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Ability to file alphabetically and numerically.
- Ability to deal with people in a professional manner in all types of situations.

The Fleet Mechanic will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and multiple priorities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
