Job Overview

Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of services delivered to patients by efficiently managing day-to-day operations at assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and be able to coordinate staffing, uphold patient care standards, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing and ensure adequate coverage at assigned locations.
  • Work with staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to HIPAA, security, privacy, OSHA, and compliance policies.
  • Field and address staff and provider concerns, escalating issues outside of their scope to Director of Operations.
  • Resolve patient complaints at the clinic level and follow up with Director of Operations.
  • Track Patient Satisfaction Surveys and resolve patient issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the Clarus dashboard and on-call schedule.
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance.
  • Reconcile and deliver time of service money monthly.
  • Maintain and order medical and office supplies for clinic.
  • Manage timekeeping in accordance with MOS policies and submit to payroll by requested deadline.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Representative for building-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a healthcare-related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a medical setting, preferably in a leadership position.
