Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and skilled Permanent Associate Attorney to become a vital part of our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in multiple areas of law, including Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documentation, Legal Research, and Legal Writing. This role offers a unique chance to engage with complex legal matters and contribute significantly to our firm's achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitration sessions
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as contracts and settlement agreements
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities across different legal domains, including civil, commercial, and family law
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to secure favorable outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals on complex legal projects
  • Stay informed about current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Legal Documentation, Legal Research, and Legal Writing
  • Demonstrated experience in trial litigation is essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, adept at managing complex legal issues
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
