Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at Oceaneering Technologies. As a Reliability and Maintainability Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our maritime undersea programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying reliability and maintainability shortfalls in system-level analysis and design
  • Perform reliability and maintainability predictions and allocations for equipment and systems
  • Prepare system, element, and equipment reliability and maintainability specifications
  • Interpret statistical data derived from failure reporting programs and reliability demonstrations
  • Work closely with engineering disciplines to verify reliability and availability requirements for systems
Requirements
  • BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Reliability, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in an engineering environment
  • Experience with reliability and maintainability software-based tools
  • US citizenship required; ability to obtain Top-Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in related field
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering (CRE) or equivalent
