Overview
Hexagon Inc.'s Autonomy & Positioning division is seeking a dedicated Production Assembler to join our Platform Engineering team. In this position, you will be responsible for constructing dependable autonomy products utilized in practical applications. Success in this role requires a mechanical aptitude and a keen attention to detail.

You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Process Engineers to assemble products that are at the forefront of vehicle autonomy technology.

While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and communicate effectively.

The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds. Regular close vision and color vision usage is necessary. The work environment is typically production-oriented and may be noisy.

Responsibilities
As a Production Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
1. Adhering to all safety regulations set by the company and industry standards.
2. Utilizing tools to fabricate or repair components and products.
3. Interpreting technical documents, including diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other written or verbal instructions.
4. Collaborating with team members to assemble products.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
6. Identifying defective items and managing them according to established protocols.
7. Applying reasoning skills to resolve issues as they arise.
8. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Must Have:
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
4. Proficiency in mechanical tasks.
5. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while seated or standing for extended durations.
6. Good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to distinguish colors.
