The Recovery Claims Analyst will be tasked with investigating, negotiating, and recovering claims while ensuring compliance with relevant statutes and client guidelines. • Prior experience in recovery or liability preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong investigative and organizational abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Skilled in negotiating disputes and addressing liability issues.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong attendance record.
Primary Responsibilities
• Conducts thorough investigations of claims to optimize recovery potential and identify recovery sources.
• Initiates reimbursement requests and engages in settlement negotiations.
• Provides comprehensive recommendations for complex claims management.
• Adheres to departmental policies regarding the recovery process and follows client instructions in line with state regulations.
• Achieves or surpasses individual and team recovery performance targets.
Work Schedule Options
This role offers various work schedule options, including:
• Traditional schedule with all hours worked from the corporate office.
• Flexible schedule allowing a mix of remote work and office hours.
• Standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with other scheduling possibilities available.
