Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Irvine retail store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our product lines, including current fashion trends, features, and benefits.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist with visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Problem Solving: Independently resolve customer issues, collaborate with leadership to communicate customer feedback, and demonstrate problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the retail store is well-stocked, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Point-of-Sale: Support and promote the Point-of-Sale process, including register procedures, protocols, and policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in retail goods.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, including operating POS sales (Shopify), and ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
